Artist Elliott Hundley, Los Angeles-based opened his third solo exhibition at Andrea Rosen Gallery last Friday night, with work embodying the rich dramatic content, displaying physical and powerful presence for which the he is known. These vibrant paintings some hybrid painted collages, billboards and sculptures, embraced and contrasted his previous bodies of work, drawing on old and new resources to create works that are both considered and free.
