We invite you to the official launch of the book For the People, By the People and the opening of the new Ultra de la Rue Creative Space.
On Saturday June 16th from 15u-21u the Ultra de la
Rue Creative Space in the Red Light District in Amsterdam will kick off
with a special book launch. Bring your drawing pens, as we will have a
special spatial installation for you to act upon, alongside good music.
And of course the book will be available during the launch and you can
buy your copy and get it signed!
During first weeks the Ultra de la Rue Creative Space
is dedicated to explore the themes presented in the book through film
screenings, lectures, creative sessions and exhibitions. Find the full

The Ultra De La Rue Creative Space carries For the People, By the People together with a wide selection of related books, t-shirts and music. Ultra de la Rue is an independent publisher
dedicated to publish distinctive books that bring together the best work
from the street worldwide. Today, the streets are a breeding ground for
emerging talent and trends, and the Ultra de la Rue Creative Space
aims to capture this work and create a context for it to flourish. With
the opening of a permanent space in the Red Light District in
Amsterdam, Ultra de la Rue is focused on creating community and
providing a nurturing arena for experimentation and discussion. Starting
June 16th one can not only browse the exhibitions and inspiring books,
but also enjoy a good cup of coffee on a daily basis!

ARTMARKET AT TROUW ON JULY 15TH
On Sunday July 15th A supersize edition of the Artmarket will take place in collaboration with Trouw Amsterdam. Together with Trouw Amsterdam Artmarket will host more than 100 stands with the best in underground design and the creative arts together with live music, barbeque and drinks.
